Really good Stay with Great Amenities

I appreciated the recently renovated hotel that was very clean, it featured comfortable bedrooms. The staff was friendly, they spoke multiple languages. The air conditioning was efficient and quiet, it blocked street noise. The location is central to fine dining and close to local transportation.
The sound insulation was not good! you could hear everything in adjacent rooms. It was hard to sleep well because of this issue.

awful soundproofinglimited breakfast
The soundproofing was awful. i could hear every word from the hallway and (unfortunately) the adjacent rooms. it was so bad, i think i aged five years from sleep deprivation (i'm being dramatic, i know). the breakfast options were also surprisingly limited. I was expecting more than just a sad croissant and watery coffee.

the staff was very helpful , especially with dining recommendations. each morning we were greeted with friendly faces. i really appreciated the personalized experience , something you often find in a boutique hotel.
the carpet in the room could have used some washing. also , the street the hotel was on smelled really badly of urine. i felt i overpaid considering these issues.
